Jay Greene explains why voucher proponents should not throw in the towel. The studies cited in the article will be useful when the inevitable attempt to kill the New Orleans voucher (whoops, scholarship) program takes place. Jay, by the way, maintains a blog that is required reading for anyone with an interest in education reform.
