Isabella Albano
Policy Associate
Isabella Albano, a proud Louisianan, brings her passion for public policy to the Pelican Institute as a Policy Associate. A summa cum laude graduate of Louisiana State University, Isabella earned College Honors with dual degrees in Political Science and Spanish, as well as a minor in Mass Communications. During her time at LSU, she cultivated a deep appreciation for political theory, culminating in the completion and defense of her honors thesis alongside a dedicated thesis committee.
Isabella’s professional experience reflects her versatility and commitment to meaningful work. While at LSU, she contributed to the Eric Voegelin Institute by developing promotional materials and managing administrative responsibilities. She also served as the Office Administrator for Great Hearts Harveston, a charter school, where she excelled in fostering organizational efficiency.
Now residing in the city of St. George with her husband, Isabella enjoys an active and fulfilling life outside of work. She is an avid runner, a passionate home cook, and treasures spending quality time with her family. Isabella’s dedication to her community and her well-rounded experiences make her a valuable member of the Pelican Institute team.
