Nathalie Simon
Nathalie Simon serves as Special Counsel to the CEO & Director of Public Policy Initiatives at Laitram, LLC. In this capacity, Nathalie works on local, regional, state, and federal policy issues that enable Louisiana to be a better place to live, work, and prosper. She works closely with numerous external and stakeholders and holds several leadership positions guiding city and state-wide reform. Nathalie is also engaged in the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility work and leads the Global Community Engagement Team.
A self-proclaimed “recovering big-firm lawyer”, Nathalie is a good government and civil liberties champion. Nathalie is a former board member and officer of BGR and current board member and Executive Committee member of the Public Affairs Research Council. She is engaged on various other boards, including the BCM Foundation and Ogden Museum of Southern Art.
