Rachel Jeandron Caluda

Rachel Caluda is the Director of Development at the Pelican Institute for Public Policy. A skilled attorney and strategic leader, Rachel brings a unique blend of legal expertise and relationship-driven advocacy to her work, building partnerships to advance Pelican’s mission of creating a freer, more prosperous Louisiana.
Rachel holds a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and is a fellow of the Loyola University Institute of Politics. She lives in Metairie, Louisiana, with her husband, their two children, and rescue dog. She serves as a lector at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, is the President of GNOR PAC, and is an alumna of both Loyola University and the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA). With a passion for building relationships and driving meaningful change, Rachel is committed to securing resources to make Louisiana a model for opportunity and innovation.
