Louisiana is at a critical time for our state. Even before the pandemic, Louisiana was struggling to attract new businesses and keep our friends and family from leaving. As the pandemic is coming to an end, we have a unique opportunity to take advantage of the most mobile workforce in American history to write our comeback story.
