Tax Foundation interview’s Pelican Institute’s Fergus Hodgson
NEW ORLEANS, La. – With so many tax proposals proceeding in the Louisiana legislature, the Tax Foundation – a nonpartisan, D.C.-based policy institute – checked in this morning with the Pelican Institute.
