This scholarship program provides funds for eligible students attend a non-public school in Louisiana. It is funded through private donations, and donors receive a tax credit for their generous contribution to support children’s education.

Families can apply to this program through designated School Tuition Organizations: ACE Scholarships Louisiana, Arete Scholars Louisiana, Aspiring Scholars Louisiana, and Son of a Saint Louisiana.
Louisiana can grow this valuable program reducing unnecessary, burdensome restrictions. Lawmakers can also expand families’ use of these scholarships by allowing LA GATOR scholarship recipients to also receive a Tuition Donation Credit Program scholarship to address unmet financial needs that exist above and beyond their LA GATOR award amount.
