A fantastic success, for government, says Robert Higgs
Robert Higgs is editor of the Independent Review and a senior fellow with the Independent Institute in Oakland, California, but he resides in Louisiana. In his presentation to the Mises Institute Supporters Summit – held from October 8th to the 9th – he reflects on just how much of a failure the Recovery Act was (41 minutes).
